Is ParkinGO always open?
Yes, our parking services at ParkinGO are always operating, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including bank holidays and holidays. 

Why should I choose ParkinGO?

Why should I choose an off-parking car park instead of the one at the airport?
You'll avoid long walks carrying your heavy luggage; our shuttle bus drops you off directly at the check-in entrance. With ParkinGO you will find competitive rates and high quality services.

Do you provide shuttle bus service?
Yes, transfer services by shuttle buses are always included, to drive you from ParkinGO to the terminal and vice versa. 

Is the shuttle bus service always available?
Yes, the shuttle bus service to and from the airport is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

Should I call you on my arrival?
Yes, after picking up your luggage, you should call the number written in the car park receipt given to you at the reception the day you arrived. Our shuttle bus will come to pick you up at terminal and take you to our parking within few minutes.

Should I leave you my car keys?

At ParkinGO Fiumicino you park your car in a dedicated space and you keep your keys; at ParkinGO Malpensa, Linate and Verona you leave your car and your keys to one of our employees: we park your car according to date and hour of your arrival and to speed up the collection, we prepare it for your return. 

Are you insured? 
Insurance against fire and theft is always included in the price of the car park. 

Shall I book in advance?
Booking is highly recomended expecially in high season but it's not compulsory. 

How long does it take from the car park to the airport?
The transfer service from ParkinGO to the terminal lasts only a few minutes. 

Do I have to pay in advance to book my parking space?
No, paying in advance is not mandatory, you can pay directly at ParkinGO. We hardly recommed to pay online to speed up the Check-in process the day of your departure. 

Paying online is safe?
ParkinGO uses only encrypts systems from BNL website, which protects all sensible data. These systems are safer than the ones used in normal channels because are not human manipulated. 

Why was my payment denied?
If your credit card details are not accepted by BNL, please verify that all the information you entered is correct. We accept VISA and MASTERCARD.
If your payment has been processed but you received an email saying that your payment has not been authorized, it's possible that the credit card you used is not authorized to elaborate some transactions. Try again using another credit card. 

Can I modify my reservation?
The booking can't be modified on the website. Please contact our Customer Care, we will modify it for you: info@parkingo.com or call us at + 39 0331 073400 from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm. 

Can I cancel my reservation?
You can cancel your resevation at no extra charge only if you haven't paid in advance. If you have paid in advance by credit card please contact our customer care department.

I lost all my booking details. What shall I do?
Don't worry! Just write an email to info@parkingo.com or contact our Customer Care at + 39 0331 073400 from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm to get all the information you need. 

How do I get to ParkinGO?
You can find on our website all the information needed, with maps and indications on how to get to the desired parking.

What shall I do once I arrive at ParkinGO?
Once at ParkinGO, present your booking confirmation, you'll be welcomed by our staff who will check you-in.

Can I park my methane or GPL fuelled vehicle?
Yes, at ParkinGO we accept all kinds of vehicles. 

Where shall I find the GPS coordinates to get to ParkinGO?
On our website, in the section "where we are" you will find maps and GPS coordinates of all our car parks. Also you can find it in the booking confirmation we sent you.

What happens if I come with a different car?
Don't worry! You don't have to let us know in advance. We will change the information about your car once you get to the car park.

What happens if I don't receive the booking confirmation?
You can write an email to info@parkingo.com or contact our Customer Care at + 39 0331 073400 from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm to get all the details. 

Can I ask for the car wash service?
Yes of course, ParkinGO offers a wide range if services as well as the car park.

Shall I register?
Registration is not compulsory. You can book and pay for you stay without registering. However we strongly recommend to register to enter your private area to access our loyalty programs and promotions. Registration is totally free. 

Can I exchange uncovered parking to covered ?
Yes of course. Ask for it directly at the front desk and, if available, we will be glad to confirm the exchange. You can pay the difference directly at ParkinGO. 

I am interested in the agreements for companies to benefit with discounted rates. Is it possible?
Yes, ParkinGO offers benefits for companies. For more information, please visit the section "Agreements and Promo". 

I leave from Milan Malpensa but I land at Milan Linate. How can I have my car back?
If you are supposed to leave from one airport but land at a different one, we could transfer your car and have it available at your outbound airport. Transfer services are available between:

  • Milan Malpensa - Milan Linate
  • Milan Malpensa - Bergamo Orio al Serio
  • Milan Linate - Bergamo Orio al Serio
  • Roma Fiumicino - Roma Ciampino

Can I book servicing while my car is at ParkinGO?
On demand, our assistance centres provide internal and external wash, tyres change, servicing etc. And if you are in reserve, we can fuel it up!

How can I recognize your personnel at the airport?
All our shuttle buses are clearly branded with our logo. Our reps wear the ParkinGO uniform and bear the name tag. 


Shall I pay extra depending on the size of my car?
Only if your car is considered oversize, for e.g. a van or a land rover station wagon.

Which airport terminals are connected to ParkinGO?
Our shuttle service connects our ParkinGO car parks to all departing airport terminals.
